If there’s a turbo touring then it’s safe to say it’ll be rear wheel drive, a softer ride (Carrera like) & it will come with a manual from the GT3. If it doesn’t then it wouldn’t make sense. If you ask me, it should also come with either a panoramic sunroof or a convertible since it’s the touring 911 & not the psychopath, supercar killer 911 turbo. Also if Porsche does it this way, now that single turbo hybrid motor makes perfect sense especially with the side air intakes delete.

The wider than regular 911 body of the turbo without the wing will make the back end looking insanely wide...and sexy.

I guess as long as Porsche continues to have demand for the 911, they can continue to dilute the model even further. I really don’t see the point. They will never release production numbers except on extremely limited production cars so what’s the point in diluting these lines even further with the 27th version of the 992.2. Do they imagine people keep thinking that each one of these will be rare? Unless they pre-announce a production number on a model they will sell as many as people order.

The exhaust on the Turbo S in Germany comes with the quad pipes as standard and can be opted to sport exhaust which you get in the US

I don't know about this touring model but there is no chance porsche will get rid of the turbos for the turbo/s models and neither will ot have less power than the outgoing models. It'll probably have around 700 or so horsepower for the turbo s model and the electric component will be minimal and help it spool up the turbos faster. This is my guess

Several official sources have said a new model of the 911 Turbo S will have the hybrid technology, adding an electric motor on the front awle and a F1 spinner for the turbo on the rear engine. Could be they're getting customer feedback on the GTS models before they commit?

If you’re accurate on the wing regarding the Turbo S then that would be very disappointing‼️‼️‼️‼️ I have a 991.2 911 Turbo S and I have wanted this car since 1973. It took me many years to actually own it. Taking away the wing and making the initial glance at the car appearing as a normal Carrera is not the result/answer that 911 Turbo owners desire. We want the more expensive car to stand out significantly better than the Carrera!!! I mentioned in your last week’s video that I have owned 17 Porsches. Something is drastically wrong with the leadership and decision makers at Porsche. To lower the overall horsepower of the Turbo 911 S is not what we as Turbo owners desire. Don’t care if the new Turbo is faster. It has to be otherwise no right thinking Porsche owner would spend the ridiculous money that we spend on these highly overpriced cars. The new car should definitely have over 650 horsepower just because that is what we desire! Now we will have to wait for the next newer model to own the car that carries more sway at Cars & Coffee. WTF Porsche wake the fuck up!!!! Fix the sporty functions of the car!!! Bring back center console shifter like the GT cars and get rid of center-locking rims!!!! Porsche money scam!!!! Since Porsche is fully woke and worships the climate hoax gods, we can expect them to weaken the ICE power output each year. After a few years the 911 like all Porsche models will be total EVs. I want nothing to do with these frankencars that are so complex the operating costs will be insane. The good news is the value of my 991.2 will increase. When I need to upgrade I’ll either buy a car that doesn’t use EV technology or get a 911 before this crap infected the Porsche lineup. I hope the hybrids are a flop and Porsche loses money but we’ll see if there’s enough brainwashed crypto boys to buy them all as a status symbol. Several of the high-end sports car makers have reversed course and are innovating ICE again. Maybe Porsche sees the light…

All GTS's also come standard with the X51 kit which on 997.2 means tune only close to GT3 levels of HP which is kinda neet.

I never liked the the carrera gt. Road going performance cars should ALWAYS be hardtops. Especially carbon composite construction. Why does a half a million dollar car not have a fuel safe type bladder? Because porsche is cheaply manufactured and cut corners. No excuse for a car to burst into flames minutes after impact, unless it's all electric. Lol

I’ll be upgrading my 992.1 GTS as soon as possible. Superior performance and technology. It’s what Porsche is about. No manual box? No issue. I’d be interested to know how many of the armchair critics actually own a 911, let alone a GTS.

Sounds worse, heavier, loss of analogue and with a cheap start button. All of that for 15k more. For just a bit more power that i can get on my 992.1 gts with a <1k remap.

I wouldn’t have considered buying the 2025 model if it stuck with the analogue tachometer. Great to see Porsche cater to the younger generation who want all the cutting edge tech. Back sears can be added as a no cost option. I would’ve scored this review 5-0 in favour of the 2025 model. Makes the 2024 model look dated imho. 8sec faster on the Nurburgring just wow.

Please stop making such a bullsh...t video about "more" cons than "pro" reasons for the 992.2 GTS T-hybrid. It's about a new engine technology, you just don't understand, you lazy American dude! The 992.2 GTS T-hybrid will be amazing, because it's only 50 kg heavier than the old GTS, which is literally NOTHING! The performance of this car will be like amazingly 992.1 Turbo level, which means the forthcoming new Turbo and Turbo S models will be even more unbelievably quick.

That particulate filter on the back is massive, no wonder if sounds like a 4 cylinder
